Orders are accepted on the basis of prices ruling at the dates of dispatch. The prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate. Carriage paid on orders £100 net value in United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. An order of less than this will be subject to a surcharge of £3.50 to cover additional costs of packing, carriage and administration involved.
All Goods and Display materials will remain the property of G.B.Kent & Sons PLC, until the price has been paid in full and the customer shall remain a bailee only until payment is made.
Brush specifications are subject to review and changes may be incorporated without prior notification. Display material supplied free of charge with agreed order size.
No responsibility will be accepted for damage or shortage of goods unless we receive notification in writing within three days of receipt of goods.
No responsibility will be accepted for total loss of consignment unless we receive notification in writing within ten days of date of invoice.
15% will be deducted from the value of all goods returned, without prior permission of the Company, by way of handling charge.
It is a condition of sale and supply of Kent goods that the purchaser shall not directly or indirectly sell or attempt to sell the goods outside the United Kingdom. Nor knowingly sell or supply them to any third party for resale there. (Failure strictly to observe this condition may result inter alia in refusal to supply any further Kent goods).
